Party Package Terms & Conditions

👀 Supervision & Responsibility

• Messy Mates is not a childcare service.

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during the session.

• The party host or parent(s) remain responsible for all attendees’ safety and behaviour.

🎁 What’s Included

• Each package includes all materials required for the agreed activities.

• Packages include on-site facilitation by a Messy Mates team member.

🧼 Stay & Play Terms

• A Messy Mates team member will stay to facilitate the fun — helping children engage, refilling materials, and keeping things running smoothly.

• Includes full setup and pack-down by our team.

📅 Payment & Cancellation

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

• Final payment (and bond if applicable) must be made at least 7 days before the event.

• Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice (including due to weather) may incur partial or full charges based on prep already completed.

☔ Weather & Safety

• For outdoor bookings, a wet-weather backup is recommended. Messy Mates reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in unsafe weather.

• Please notify us of any allergies or special needs when booking so we can plan accordingly.

​🚨 Waiver

• By booking a Messy Mates party package, you acknowledge the risks of messy play (like slips or minor skin irritation). We take precautions, but by joining in, you agree not to hold us liable for any accidents or incidents.

📸 Photography

• Messy Mates may request permission to take photos during the party for promotional use. We will always ask before photographing or sharing images.
