Booking & Refund Policy

📌 Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or by contacting us directly.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

  • We accept Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and Bank Transfer (where available).

🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Need to cancel or reschedule? This can be done on BookWhen, if you require help - please email us at contact@messymatesplaydates.com.au.

  • With more than 24 hours’ notice, you can reschedule your session (subject to availability).

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice means we can’t offer a reschedule or refund.

  • No-shows without notice are non-refundable.

🧼 Health & Safety

  • If your child is unwell or showing signs of illness (fever, cough, rash, etc.), please stay home.

  • We follow relevant health guidelines, including any applicable COVID-19 protocols.

  • We understand that children can become unwell unexpectedly. If your child wakes up sick on the day of your session and you’re unable to provide 24 hours’ notice, please contact us as early as possible via email at contact@messymatesplaydates.com.au.

  • At our discretion, we may offer a one-time reschedule or credit for a future session, provided you notify us before the session begins and the absence is due to illness.

  • This flexibility is to keep everyone safe while being fair to all families.

👶 Age Requirements

  • Sessions are designed for children aged 6 months to 5 years.

  • Parents/guardians must actively supervise children at all times.

👨‍👩‍👧 Parent/Guardian Responsibility

  • You are responsible for your child’s safety during the session.

  • Messy Mates Play Dates is not liable for injuries, accidents, or incidents during the session.

⏰ Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time! Sessions begin promptly and cannot be extended for late arrivals.

💸 Refund Policy

  • If we cancel a session (e.g. due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances), you’ll receive a replacement date or credit to use in a future session.

  • If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule (subject to availability), but no refund is given.

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or don’t attend we don’t offer refunds or reschedules, but if something urgent comes up, reach out and we’ll do our best to sort out a reschedule. This will be considered on a case by case basis.
